Key responsibilities:

• Work with the Executive Director on the quarterly posting schedules
• Organize and set up the scheduled posting/publishing
• Record statistics monthly and review previous month’s stats with Executive Director
• Use feedback to make any adjustments

• Gather volunteers and resources
• Conduct fundraising event

• Raise funds for or pay for own travel and per diem expenses while in Romania
• Requirements gathering and develop a success plan and a safety plan
• Identifying resources
• Responsible for reviewing safety briefings for each job
• Making a budget
• Outline the tasks to be performed and assign resources
• Supervise the team, identify trouble spots
• Develop course corrections and contingency plans

Key responsibilities:

• Raise funds for or pay for own travel and per diem expenses while in Romania.
• Be somewhat knowledgeable in the craft.
• Assess craft project skill level so all that are interested can participate.
• Provide supplies for each participant.
